1. About Us


These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of products from Connie's Leotards.

By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website.


2. Products


We make every effort to ensure that all product descriptions, images, colours, sizing information and prices are accurate.

However:

  • Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and device displays.

  • Measurements and size guides are approximate.

  • Products may differ slightly from photographs.

  • Minor manufacturing variations may occur between batches.

Such variations do not constitute faults.


3. Sizing


Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size using the size guide provided. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights where a product is faulty, not as described, or where sizing information provided by Connie's Leotards is materially inaccurate.


Size Disclaimer


Leotards may vary slightly in fit between styles, collections and manufacturing batches. Measurements provided are approximate and should be used as guidance only.

If you are unsure which size to purchase, we recommend contacting us before ordering.

We cannot accept responsibility for orders placed in an incorrect size chosen by the customer.


4. Colour, Print and Embellishment Variations


Every effort is made to display colours, fabrics, prints and embellishments accurately.

However, slight variations may occur due to:

  • Photography and lighting

  • Individual screen settings

  • Manufacturing processes

  • Fabric batches

  • Placement of printed designs

These differences are normal and are not considered faults.


Crystal, Gem and Embellishment Disclaimer


Many Connie's Leotards products include decorative crystals, gems, foils, appliqués and embellishments.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure durability, occasional loss of individual crystals or embellishments may occur through normal wear and tear, training activities, competition use, accidental impact, or incorrect washing and care.

The loss of a small number of crystals or embellishments over time will generally be regarded as normal wear and tear and not a manufacturing fault. However, this does not affect your statutory rights in relation to goods that are faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality at the time of delivery.


5. Pricing


All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).

We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice.

The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout at the time the order is placed.



6. Orders


All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

An automated order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse any order

  • Limit product quantities

  • Cancel orders where pricing errors have occurred

  • Cancel orders where products are unavailable

Should we be unable to fulfil an order, a full refund will be issued.


7. Care of Your Leotard


To help maintain the appearance and lifespan of your leotard, we recommend:

  • Hand wash only

  • Wash in cold water

  • Use mild detergent

  • Do not use bleach or fabric conditioner

  • Do not tumble dry

  • Air dry naturally

  • Do not iron directly onto foil, printed or embellished areas

Damage caused by failure to follow these care instructions may not be covered under our Returns & Refund Policy.


8. Payment


Payment must be made in full before dispatch.

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers.

Connie's Leotards does not store customers' full payment card details.


9.  Shipping and Delivery


Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only.

Connie's Leotards cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal services

  • Couriers

  • Weather events

  • Industrial action

  • Customs delays

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery information is accurate at the time of ordering.


10. Returns and Refunds


Customers may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

Return Postage

Unless an item has been supplied incorrectly or is confirmed to be faulty, all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend obtaining proof of postage and using a tracked service, as Connie's Leotards cannot accept responsibility for returned items lost in transit.


This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under UK consumer law.


11. Consumer Cancellation Rights


If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

You must notify us of your decision to cancel within this period.

Returned goods must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that the goods have been returned.

The right to cancel does not apply to personalised, customised, or bespoke items once production has commenced.



12. Faulty or Incorrect Products


If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, customers should contact us within 14 days of receipt.

Photographs may be requested to assist with assessing the issue.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Exchange

  • Refund


13. Promotional Codes


Promotional codes:

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • May be withdrawn at any time.

  • Must be used within any specified validity dates.

  • May be subject to minimum spend requirements.

Only one promotional code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.



14. Intellectual Property


All intellectual property rights relating to the website and its content remain the property of Connie's Leotards.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Logo designs

  • Branding

  • Product designs

  • Product names

  • Photographs

  • Graphics

  • Written content

  • Marketing materials

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.


13. Limitation of Liability


Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

This includes liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Breach of statutory consumer rights

Subject to the above, Connie's Leotards shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products.

Whilst we aim to ensure continuous access to our website, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the website without notice.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
