Returns


You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be in their original condition

  • Be free from marks, damage, fragrances, pet hair, or signs of wear

  • Be returned in the original packaging where possible

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if returned items do not meet these conditions.


Return Postage Costs


Customers are responsible for all return postage costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a tracked postage service and obtaining proof of postage, as Connie's Leotards cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.


Faulty or Incorrect Items


If you receive an item that is:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged on arrival

  • Incorrect


Please contact us within 14 days of receipt and provide photographs where possible.

Where an item is confirmed as faulty or supplied incorrectly, Connie's Leotards will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include:

  • Replacement

  • Exchange

  • Refund

In these circumstances, reasonable return postage costs may be reimbursed.


Refunds


Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.


Exchanges


We are happy to exchange sizes where stock is available.

Customers are responsible for all postage costs associated with exchanges unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.


Customised and Non-Returnable Items


The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Custom-made products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards
